What you’ll learn

Our curriculum is designed to follow California NATP training requirements and includes:

    Hands-on skills lab

    You’ll train in a fully equipped skills lab that mirrors a real skilled nursing facility.


    Clinical training experience

    Every student completes 100 hours of hands-on clinical training at one of our partner skilled nursing facilities in the East Bay. You’ll work directly with residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, gaining experience that employers look for.

    This experience helps students build confidence and gain the type of hands-on training employers value.
